HK Record Holder – Chan Ka Ho

 

Age – 25

 
Introduction – Chan Ka Ho is a registered running coach of HKAAA and a student of HK Baptist University in Physical Education.  He owns 3 HK records, including 15km run, half marathon and 4 x 1500m Youth.  Chan Ka Ho will represent HK to join East Asian Game 2009.  We can foresee that he will shine the event.

 

Words from HEART – I monitor my heart rate in every training session.  More than that, I will use it to monitor my resting heart rate regularly to avoid overloading or over training.
